We aim to deliver high-quality construction services and ensure complete customer satisfaction. If any issue arises with the services provided, we will work with you to resolve it promptly and professionally.

Refunds
Refunds may be issued only in cases where services were not delivered as agreed upon in the approved proposal or if the project is cancelled within the permitted cancellation period outlined in the contract. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days from the scheduled start date of the project. After review and verification, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Cancellations / Returns
As we offer service-based construction work rather than physical products, “returns” apply only to cancellation of scheduled services. If a project is cancelled at least 48 hours before commencement, clients may receive a partial or full refund based on the terms of their agreement. Cancellations made beyond this notice period may incur cancellation fees or may not qualify for a refund.

Exceptions
No refunds will be granted for services that have already been completed, delivered, or signed off by the client. Refunds are not applicable to additional work, revisions, or extra services requested beyond the original contract scope.
